Reflection:

When I started this course, I had a tiny bit of WordPress experience. Most of that experience was .org experience, and it was a very frustrating experience!

Learning both WordPress and Drupal showed me the strengths of each. I see WordPress as having the best way to easily use content and deploy a website faster. This is perfect for most small businesses and blogs.  In contrast, Drupal showed me the importance of having enterprise-level security and a strong data structure, making it the clear choice for complex, custom applications.

Ultimately, the class taught me to apply critical thinking to every project. This ensures the websites I build are not only functional but also secure, legally compliant, and strategically built to last.

I now find learning and trying out new systems exciting, not at all as frustrating as I had years ago!
